As if you need more reason to buy The Conduit… It seems High Voltage Software has announced today that their highly anticipated FPS is going to include 16-Player online, as well as support for Nintendo’s new peripheral WiiSpeak, a set-top conference-esque microphone which will allow for in-game (I would assume, though I was wrong with Metroid Prime: Hunters) voice communication.

Great news, and it’s official that High Voltage is my new favourite third-party developer of ever. Though, as I’ve expressed my opinions on Nintendo’s WiiSpeak idea in the forums, I’m still skeptical about how well WiiSpeak will work with the background sound effects of blowing aliens’ heads off.
